Amanda Hack & Pension Trustees provide update to over 100 local members
Amanda Hack MP recently held a meeting regarding the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme (BCSSS) alongside (the scheme’s) trustees to update local members on the progress of transferring the £2.3 billion BCSSS investment reserve to members.

British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme (BCSSS) Letter to James Murray MP
As some of you may have seen, following the cabinet reshuffle, James Murray MP has now been made the Chief Secretary to the Treasury. I have met James on several occasions, one of which was when he paid a visit to Snibston Colliery just a few months ago where he met with BCSSS members, and I look forward to having further discussions with him about the BCSSS funds.

Thank you to those who attended the British Coal Staff Superannuation Scheme (BCSSS) meeting alongside the Trustees and myself recently. It was a very productive discussion at Century Theatre with over 100 people attending.
