Dear Resident,
My team dropped by today to follow up an issue we have discovered about the phone signal in this location.
Other residents have complained that the signal is poor, and phone calls frequently drop out due to the lack of signal. Alternatively, even when they do connect, the sound is so bad that it makes communicating by phone useless.
